Fantastic product. I got it for my parents & they liked it a lot. Being a nutritionist, I recommend you the same. Please note, it contains very high amount of protein. If you want to consume it, make sure you reduce consumption of carbs & fats. Else it will up unnecessary pressure on liver. Take 1-2 tbs everyday. Try to take it during lunch. Absolutely VFM product. Sprinkle it on any food you have, it's that much easy. You can also leave it whole night in a glass of water n have it in morning or whole day. Basically the taste of water is not good, you can add honey if you want to make it taste good.
