  • 2.5 cups frozen strawberries

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1.5 cups milk (Almonds milk if vegan) 

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds 


Directions:


  • Add chia seeds and ½ cup of milk in a bowl. Mix it until thoroughly combined. Cover and let it sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.

  • In a blender add bananas and the remaining 1 cup of milk. Blend until smooth. Then add the strawberries and blend until smooth.

  • Now take out the chia seeds mix from the fridge, it should have a jelly consistency. Mix it well. Pour that into the blender and blend until smooth.

  • The smoothie is ready. Enjoy !!

Ingredients:


  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 6 cups water

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1 tbsp raw honey 

  • Few mint leaves 


Directions:


  • In a jar, soak chia seeds in water for an hour 

  • In a blender, add lime juice, raw honey, and mint leaves and blend it until smooth. 

  • In the soaked chia seeds water, add the blended mixture and stir it well. 

  • The Mint Chia seeds limeade is ready and can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Ingredients: 


  • 2 Bananas

  • 100 gm blueberries 

  • Small cup of pumpkin seeds

  • 300 ml coconut water  


Directions:


  • Peel the bananas and cut them into halves, and add them to the blender. 

  • Now add the blueberries and the pumpkin seeds to the blender and blend them till smooth and thick in consistency. 

  • Now add the coconut water and a few ice cubes. Blend it and you’re ready. 

  • Pour it into a glass and top it with some pumpkin seeds. Enjoy !! 


2. Detox Pumpkin Seeds Milk

Ingredients: 


  • 1 cup soaked pumpkin seeds 

  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder 

  • 6 cups water

  • 1 tbsp raw honey 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 0.5 tsp sea salt 

  • 2 tbsp coconut butter


Directions: 


  • In a blender add pumpkin seeds, matcha green tea powder, raw honey, vanilla extract, coconut butter, sea salt, and water 

  • Blend it till you get a thick consistency of the milk. (30 seconds to 1 minute) 

  • Strain it through a sieve to that all the pieces are aside and you get the pure milk.

  • 2 frozen Bananas

  • Water: 2 cups

  • Flax seeds: 5 tbsp 

  • Cinnamon powder: ¼ tsp

  • Raw Honey: 1 tsp
