Himalayan Natives 100% Natural Churpi is made using the traditional and age-old Himalayan recipe that has been passed on to generations for centuries. The yak milk is boiled and then hung in a muslin cloth to drain the excess water. It is then further put in jute bags and pressed hard to get the chewable churpi.
These Yak Milk snacks are healthy and highly nutritious given the high percentage of protein, Omega 3 fatty acids, and antioxidants in it. It is also a rich source of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, and all the B vitamins too! Churpi is much like the Italian ricotta, which also is made from whey. It is soft, white, and neutral in taste.
